The quality of life we enjoy today would not be possible without the ingenuity and planning of our grandparent’s generation.

Now it is up to us to sustain and improve upon our water systems for our grandchildren and future generations to come.

Improvement Plans

Hallsdale-Powell Utility District (HPUD) has been working to review the entire water system and identify and prioritize projects by need. The goal of HPUD’s Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) is to address existing issues, while preparing for the level of services needed for the future growth that is expected in the District’s service area.
